We are committed to delivering your premium leather products safely and efficiently across Pakistan, the United Kingdom, and globally.

Processing & Production Time
Because our leather products are handcrafted with high attention to detail, standard processing and quality check time takes 3-5 business days before dispatch. Custom orders may take up to 7-10 business days. For bulk or wholesale orders (50+ items), production timelines will be negotiated separately via WhatsApp.

Delivery Timelines
• Domestic Shipping (Pakistan): Delivered within 3-5 business days after payment verification.
• United Kingdom & International: Delivered within 7-12 business days via premium international couriers (DHL/FedEx).

Tracking & Shipping Costs
• Shipping fees are calculated at the checkout page based on the destination and parcel weight.
• Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp (+92 327 8635163).
• International customers are responsible for any custom duties or import taxes levied by their country.
